FAQ
What can I expect when booking with Hello Magnolia?
I am a big fan of open communication. After submitting an inquiry, you can typically expect to hear back from me in 1-5 business days. We will set up time to chat virtually (or in-person, if possible) prior to the photoshoot. I am available for questions via email or text, and I will be there to set expectations every step of the way.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Portland, Oregon. YES, I love to travel. Please include location details when you reach out. Discounts available for select destinations.
When will I get my photos?
You will likely receive one or two sneak peeks within a week or two of our shoot. An online gallery link to your full image library will be sent within 6 weeks (many times less depending on the season). You will be given ample time to download your images and order prints.
How many photos will I receive?
I do not guarantee a specific number of images for event photography. I will provide the best, completed photographs that tell your story.
